CEO to address Northland Technology Consortium |

Dr. Roger Hutchison, President and CEO of D3, Inc., will
address the Northland Technology Consortium general membership
concerning the compliance of data destruction standards as it relates
to businesses and the ramifications with non-compliance.
Dr. Hutchison's insight on destruction of electronic media has resulted
in defining data destruction standards in the National Institute of
Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-88.
Dr. Hutchison will speak to these standards in Washington D.C. with
members of congress as it relates to various legislation concerning
data protection such as HIPAA, Gramm-Leach Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley,
FACTA, etc.
